October 2006 – Arthur State Bank, located in Union, South Carolina, recently selected the Harland Financial Solutions(HFS) Sparak Core System to replace their current Banker II core system. The system was sold by Southern Financial Systems(SFS) in conjunction with HFS. The Bank will be converted to their new Sparak solution by SFS. Arthur State Bank is a $550 million bank with 22 branches located throughout the state.

September 2006 – Citizens Community Bank, located in Hahira, Georgia, recently contracted with SFS to provide the Branch Connect Teller Suite automated online teller solution. The system will be installed at 20 workstations in 4 branches.

August 2006 – The Compass Internet Banking Platform was recently installed at the Citizens Community Bank in Hahira Georgia. Developed by Beacon Software, the system was sold to the bank by Southern Financial Systems. The system is an integrated in-house, enterprise-wide out-of-the-box hardware/software internet banking solution for community banks.

August 2006 – The successful conversion of Perkins State Bank to their Sparak Core System was recently featured in a Harland Financial Solutions case study. The conversion was performed by Southern Financial Systems.

June 2006 - The SFS Overdraft Easy Program was recently installed at Security State Bank, located in Pearsall Texas. With the Overdraft Easy program, the bank took advantage of SFS's ability and methodology to design, test, and implement a system that seamlessly integrates to their core system. It also provides tracking and monitoring capabilities of overdrawn customers to better adhere to the guidelines set forth by the FFIEC. The installation was done in conjunction with Impact Financial Services.

April 2006 – The following banks recently signed up for Disaster Recovery Services provided by SFS at their hotsite in Macon, Georgia: The Bank of Alapaha, The Bank of Lenox, Perkins State Bank, First National Bank in Griffin Georgia.

January 2006 – First State Bank, located in Blakely Georgia, recently selected Southern Financial Systems to provide an Online Teller solution for their bank. The Branch Connect Teller Suite system will be installed at 25 teller stations in 6 branches. First State Bank has assets of $210 million.

January 2006 – The Bank of Travelers Rest, located in South Carolina, recently contracted with SFS to provide select modules from our Overdraft Easy Program to enhance their current overdraft protection program. With these enhancements, the Bank will better be able to track and monitor the users of their program. It will also allow them to better adhere to the guidelines set forth by the FFIEC concerning overdraft protection.

December 2005 – Perkins State Bank in Williston Florida recently purchased the Harland Financial Solutions(HFS)/Sparak Core System. The sale was a joint effort by Southern Financial Systems(SFS) and Harland. SFS will be doing the conversion from their existing core system and providing first-line support. Perkins State bank is a $170 million institution with 6 branches.

October 2005 – The Nashville Holding Company, located in Nashville Georgia, has selected Southern Financial Systems to coordinate and execute the merging of their two banks. Both banks currently run on separate Sparak core systems.

August 2005 – Troy Bank and Trust, located in Troy Alabama, has agreed to use the SFS Disaster Recovery Facility, located in Macon Georgia, as a backup for their core system in the event of a disaster. The SFS hotsite has been serving the disaster recovery and planning needs for banks since 1992.

August 2005 – Southern Financial Systems recently sold the Harland Financial Solutions(HFS)/Sparak Core System to The Bank of Alapaha, in Alapaha GA. The bank will replace it's legacy core system with the state-of-the-art Sparak System. The Sparak System runs in a Windows environment on a reliable UNIX platform. The bank cited the long history of professional support provided by SFS along with the functionality and reporting features of the Sparak System. SFS will be providing first-line support.

July 2005 - First Port City Bank has recently purchased and installed the Branch Connect Teller Suite automated online teller system from Southern Financial Systems. The system was successfully installed at 12 teller stations in 2 branches. First Port City Bank is located in Bainbridge GA and has assets of $111 million.

July 2005 - Perkins State Bank, located in Williston FL, has selected Southern Financial Systems to assist with the design and implementation of their Overdraft Privilege program in association with Strunk and Associates, L.P.

May 2005 - The SFS Overdraft Easy Program was recently installed at the Farmers and Merchants Bank, located in Lakeland GA. With the Overdraft Easy program, the bank took advantage of SFS's ability and methodology to design, test, forecast, and implement a system that seamlessly integrates to their core system.

APRIL 2005 - PeopleSouth Bank and First State Bank have both selected the SFS Charge Off Processing System (COPS) to provide their banks with a robust system to track and manage charged off deposits, loan and credit card accounts. The banks are located in Colquitt GA and Blakely GA, respectively.

April 2005 - The Bank of Lenox, located in Lenox GA, recently installed the Southern Financial System's Overdraft Easy Program to provide overdraft privileges to their customer base. The bank cited the affordability of the SFS Overdraft Easy program to implement.

MARCH 2005 - The SFS Official Check Reconciliation (OCR) program has been selected by Banksouth, located in Dothan AL with assets of $230 million. The OCR program automates the task of reconciling Official Check accounts

FEBRUARY 2005 - The Farmers Bank and Trust, Nebraska City, NE, recently purchased and installed Southern Financial System's own C.O.L.D. system, Laser-2000. The bank cited the features and affordability of the system that will allow them to easily store and maintain reports from their BankerII core system

FEBRUARY 2005 - Southern Financial Systems has been selected by The Peoples Community Bancshares to merge their three member banks into one institution. The resulting institution will have $333 million in assets. SFS will be assisting in the merger of bank operations as well as converting and merging the data on the Banker II core system. The banks are currently located in Georgia, Alabama and Florida

JANUARY 2005  - Commercial Banking Company, located in Valdosta GA, recently selected Southern Financial Systems to assist in the implementation of their OK Overdraft program. This program allows their customers to have overdraft protection up to a certain limit. SFS assisted in setting up criteria, maintaining limits, extracting data for marketing, verifying and adjusting available balance exposure, and providing software to track delinquent accounts. SFS did this at a substantial savings over what many 3rd party companies would charge the bank for this service

NOVEMBER 2004 - The Bank of Lenox has selected Southern Financial Systems and the Harland Financial Solutions (HFS) / Sparak Core System to replace their current core system. OCTOBER 2004 - The Nashville Holding Company located in Nashville GA, has selected Southern Financial Systems and the Harland Financial Solutions(HFS)/Sparak Core System to process both banks in their holding company. The Holding Company has banks in Adel and Nashville, with combined assets of $182 million. Southern Financial Systems, a dealer for HFS, will be performing the conversion from their existing core and providing first-line support

OCTOBER 2004 - The Southern Financial System's eCabinet Document Management System has been selected by the Nashville Holding Company to archive, retrieve and manage documents for their two banks located in Adel GA and Nashville GA

SEPTEMBER 2004 - The Bank of Eastman with assets of $183 million, has selected the eCabinet Document Management System from Southern Financial Systems. This system will provide the bank with a state of the art solution to archive, retrieve and manage various documents throughout the Bank

SEPTEMBER 2004 - The Citizens Bank and Trust Company has selected the Beacon Software Compass Internet Banking product from Southern Financial Systems. The Compass System is an extremely affordable, fully functional, in-house solution for a bank wishing to provide Internet banking to their customers. The bank is located in Eastman GA, and has assets of $126 million. SFS is an authorized dealer for Beacon Software

AUGUST 2004 - Perkins State Bank, located in Williston FL, has selected the SFS Official Check Reconciliation(OCR) program to automatically reconcile the bank's numerous Official Check accounts. This OCR program will save the bank hours of manual labor every month
