Microsoft® Office Integration
Fully integrated with the Microsoft® Office Suite,
the SPARAK System empowers your financial institution to work
with your customer data in some of the world's most popular
software: Microsoft® Access, Excel and Word. Choose
from hundreds of standard reports already built, or create
your own. The SPARAK System's integration with Microsoft®
products is the best way to create management reporting,
spreadsheets, and customer marketing campaigns.
Customer Information File (CIF)
A powerful advantage of the SPARAK System is the Customer
Information File which displays a complete customer profile.
From this one screen, you can view information for all of a
customer's related accounts, view aggregated totals and have
the ability to launch any of the accounts by simply
double-clicking. This window also displays a customer's
picture and/or signature for quick identification.
The CIF application offers
benefits to all areas of a financial institution from
marketing to account maintenance. Through CIF you will have
the ability to store dozens of fields of information about
customers and non-customers alike. Your financial institution
will also have the ability to retain a customer's name and
address information even after an account has been closed and
purged - both great advantages for customer retention
management and marketing to prospects.
In the CIF application,
personal information is stored separately from account and
household information, which allows your financial institution

Reporter
Built into the system is the comprehensive Custom Reporter.
Print dozens of fields on one report, perform
cross-application comparisons and mathematical functions, and
sort multiple fields at one time. Generate reports based on
history and transaction files, General Ledger and stockholder
information. Reports can be printed, scheduled for automatic
printing, or downloaded in multiple electronic formats
including ASCII, PDF, and others.

IDs, Digital Signatures and Check Retrieval
Digital images provide account security with a personal touch.
Store photos and signatures in the Customer Information File,
and never forget a face again. In addition, you will enjoy the
ability to retrieve check images, document images and other
digital files directly from the SPARAK System.
Online
Loan Transaction Processing
With the SPARAK System, you will possess the ability to
effective date transactions back to inception of the loan

Powerful Online Help
The friendly Windows® system coupled with extensive
online help creates an environment in which even new users can
immediately utilize advanced features. The SPARAK System
includes three levels of online help: context sensitive help,
dialog level help, and online book help, each developed for
specific needs.
General
Ledger Reconciliation (GLR)
With the GLR option, you can easily reconcile your G/L
accounts with the statements you receive from correspondent
financial institutions. By marking items as cleared, the
balance is automatically calculated and compared to the
statement balance, providing you with a difference that is
immediately updated. GLR provides a simple and efficient
method of reconciling your General Ledger accounts.
Multiple Directories
Making the right decisions often comes down to having access
to complete information. Accessibility to multiple directories
in the SPARAK System is a feature that remains unmatched in
the industry. The SPARAK System offers access to files as of
month-end, quarter-end, year-end and even a test directory for
training new employees.
