BranchConnect Teller Suite is an affordable, easy to implement, and easy to use teller automation solution. It features an attractive, easy to use "transaction tuned" graphical user interface designed to drastically reduce the need for training, ensuring that tellers become productive immediately.

Teller Suite is a "32-bit" Windows application designed to operate on standard PC workstations using Microsoft Windows 95 or Windows NT, and can be installed in a stand-alone, workgroup, or branch configuration. It can be easily integrated with virtually any host banking application and is completely customizable using Architect.

In addition to its standard teller transaction processing features, Teller Suite also provides "value added" features such as built-in CTR reporting on laser forms, Savings Bond Redemption calculators, interface to signature verification applications such as SQN Signature Systems, and multi-vendor cash dispenser support. Teller Suite's powerful Architect feature provides complete "point-and-click" customization according to your bank's policies and procedures, without any programming.

BranchConnect Teller Suite’s "transaction tuned" user interface is designed for fast, efficient transaction processing. In fact, most transaction processing can be performed entirely from the numeric keypad. Of course, the standard Windows interface provides fast, "one-click" mouse access to transactions, menus, and other features. Built-in cash tracking, transaction balancing and teller assist functions, along with features such as CTR reports and check printing give your tellers the tools they need to deliver the level of value-added service your customers expect and deserve.

BranchConnect Teller Suite incorporates the latest software design technology. Its open, standards based architecture provides easy integration with other applications. From built-in accessories and integration with external client applications such as signature verification, to mainframe, midrange, or server based host interfaces, Teller Suite works in your environment with your applications the way you want.

Teller Suite Branch Manager provides capabilities for "real time" monitoring of teller status, including cash totals, transaction totals, even detailed transaction lists. Data can be viewed from the current transaction journal or from the historical transaction journal. Detailed transaction history can be maintained indefinitely for all tellers.

Branch Manager includes built-in reporting from either the current transaction journal or from the historical transaction journal. Reports can be previewed online or printed.

All data is stored in database files compatible with a wide variety of industry standard report writer, query and report writing tools for additional user defined or ad-hoc reporting.

Teller Suite Architect is the heart of Teller Suite's flexibility and control. With Architect, banks have complete "point-and-click" control of transactions, menus, receipt/document formats, and more. Banks can easily customize Teller Suite to conform to bank policies and procedures without any programming.

Architect maintains a database of "objects" that describe various Teller Suite elements such as transactions, menus, calculations, documents formats, and document sets. Architect's graphical user interface make it a simple task to modify any of these elements without modifying the Teller Suite software. Once changes are complete, the Teller Suite objects are compiled into a run time definitions file for security and easy deployment to branches.

Document sets are a unique feature of Architect. Using Document Sets, you can print any documents on any printer for any transaction. Receipt or other document formats, including checks, can be defined once and used in multiple document sets.

Teller Suite comes with several pre-defined Architect object databases (or "transaction sets") that banks can use "out of the box" or as a starting point for customizing their own. BranchConnect can also provide professional services to develop or assist with the development of custom transaction sets.
